Today we left key largo toward Tavernier, hit some bottom spots there with decent current and it worked out good, we caught a few muttons and a black grouper and a few yellowtails, but we had two cudas, taking and scaring our fish, I rigged with a wire set up and put one in the cooler, but another one showed up and was not hungry, but was only scaring the yellowtails away. We picked at a few more tails and the current got slow so, we moved to another spot, in deep water, where I was able to find a great fish mark and we anchored, but before I could put a bait down, the anchor rope broke and we got loose, with no anchor and out of time, we headed back to the doc.
